Registration of Trademarks in Pakistan takes two
to three years time. Early registration largely depends upon backlog
of the pending applications with the Registry. The date of registration
of trademark is however determined from the date of filing the application
and the applicant may write the words/symbol (TM) on his goods once
he files an application.
